Overview
A warm, organized family is seeking a professional, career-minded Nanny/Family Assistant to primarily support their two older children — a 5-year-old boy and a 3.5-year-old girl — in a household that also includes a 2-month-old infant. A Newborn Care Specialist is in place for the baby, so the day-to-day focus of this role will be the older children.
The family values structure, kindness, learning, and strong character development, and hopes to find a long-term partner in helping raise confident, respectful, and curious children. The household also has two friendly cats.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday split schedule7:00 AM – 9:00 AM (morning routine & school prep)2:00 PM – 8:00 PM (afternoon/evening care)
- Occasional evenings & weekends with advance notice
- Flexibility appreciated during travel periods

Responsibilities
Childcare & Development
- School drop-off and pick-up
- Homework guidance and academic support
- Educational, learning-based play and developmental activities
- Teaching basic manners including table manners, tidiness, and responsibility
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and social etiquette
- Planning enriching activities, outings, and routines
Family Assistant Duties
- Keeping children’s bedrooms, play areas, and common areas tidy
- Daily surface resets and organization
- Children’s laundry
- Packing/unpacking for school, activities, and travel
- Supporting smooth daily household flow
A housekeeper handles deep cleaning — this role focuses on maintenance and organization.
Travel
- International travel required occasionally (valid passport required)

Requirements
- Professional nanny experience with multiple children
- Strong experience with preschool and early elementary developmental stages
- Safe driver with clean record
- Comfortable working alongside parents and household staff
- Comfortable in a home with cats
- Spanish & English speaking strongly preferred
- Basic swimming ability a plus (not required)
- Active and energetic — able to manage a multi-level home with many stairs
Salary and Benefits
- $105,000 – $115,000 annual salary DOE
