The How… Your focus is analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights supporting business decision-making and collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure BI solutions meet their needs. You will utilize your bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related field and your working knowledge of business intelligence and data analysis and eagerness to learn and work with BI tools such as Python, Excel, Power BI and SQL to develop, maintain, and automate BI reports and dashboards. QualificationsRequired Skills and Abilities Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Microsoft Excel Experience writing queries in a Relational Database Management System Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write and speak clearly and free of typos or grammatical mistakes Treats everyone with respect and dignity, accepts responsibility and takes ownership of tasks, follows through on commitments, and maintains confidentiality Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet goals and deadlines Ability to function well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related field required, or a computer science certificate from an accredited program with relevant work experience Up to two years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role is required, and familiarity with financial and accounting concepts is preferred Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, and Microsoft SharePoint preferred Advanced knowledge of mathematics, machine learning and predictive analytics preferred Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing preferred Understanding of the commercial real estate industry is preferred but not required Physical Requirements Expected work hours: Typical hours are 7:30 to 5:00, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends Travel: None Work environment and physical demands: General office environment FLSA Status: Exempt Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities required of the employee for this job.
