Job Summary:
Performs assembly functions safely and efficiently using hand tools, mechanical equipment, and/or measuring equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proficient in at least one functional area of Assembly such as Build, Scribe, Pack, etc.
- Read, reference, and interpret written and verbal instructions to assemble bearing products as directed, adhering to quality standards. Maintain established production levels through safe and efficient operations.
- Inspect & identify any irregularities as to fits, defective parts, finishes, work techniques and/or quality of workmanship, and report them to assigned leader.
- Diagnose and correct operating difficulties, and maintain required records.
- Keep work area clean and orderly, observing all safety rules and regulations, and conforming to OSHA regulations.
- Move materials, parts, and containers as required, to complete job duties.

Job Skills & Abilities:
- Read, reference and interpret written and verbal instructions, including drawings and specification sheets
- Follow established standard procedures accurately
- Concentrated visual attention for extended periods of time

Education and Experience:
- HS Diploma or GED.
Â
Physical Requirements:
- Must wear clean room uniform
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Dexterity in hands
- May require standing, walking, bending, reaching, grabbing, twisting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
