This position requires access to information controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), the successful candidate must be a "U.S. person" as defined in the ITAR and EAR (which generally means (i) be a citizen or national of the United States; or (ii) be a lawful permanent resident of the United States; or (iii) have been admitted to the United States as a refugee, or have been granted asylum, as specified under applicable law.
Main Functions
Production Technician IV is responsible for setting up and operating production equipment to manufacture, process and assemble. Using product or customer specifications, such as, blueprints, procedures, and visual aids to independently set up, operate, and maintain production machinery to ensure efficient, safe, and high‑quality manufacturing output. This role requires technical skills, the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues, and the capacity to support continuous improvement initiatives. Production Technician IV works with minimal supervision and will assist in training operators in key processes.Â

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for training Operators and Technicians.Â
- Assist maintenance technicians with troubleshooting when needed.
- Monitor equipment performance and make real‑time adjustments.
- Work with Supervisor or Engineering on continuous improvement plans.Â
- Works on new product development with Engineering to create fixtures/ tooling and set up with proper programmingÂ
- Will perform duties of Technician as needed.
Required Skills
- Experience with soldering, welding, testing, or similar assembly processes.Â
- Comfortability with microscopes, testing equipment, or equivalent processes.Â
- Comfortable with basic computer/reporting systems (ERP/MRP, data entry).
- Proficiency with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English to the degree necessary to perform the job

Experience Requirements
5-7 years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment or assembly work.
Education Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
