What You’ll DoÂ
60% - Account MaintenanceÂ
Contracting of approved plans, filing client signed authorizations Â
Gather and distribute production material specs, based on plan parametersÂ
Distribute traffic instructions/posting instructions to vendors and ensure they are received by each vendorÂ
Follow up with vendor to ensure materials arrived, campaign posted on time and POP photos are provided Â
Keep team updated on the status and timing of deliverablesÂ
Collaborate with team to identify data and/or billing discrepancies and work to rectify Â
10% - PlanningÂ
Support the media planning process including budget tracking, client decks, contracting, implementation, maintenance, and post buy attribution review Â
Compile and prepare competitive data and target research for analysis to inform media strategy; begin to recognize patterns and trendsÂ
15% - Relationship DevelopmentÂ
Engage and effectively interact with direct team, other internal Horizon Media departments, as well as media operators Â
Develop relationships with OOH vendors as well as a perspective of markets they cover and formats they represent. Â
Coordinate vendor meetingsÂ
15% - Training & DevelopmentÂ
Advance knowledge and learn about the media industry, Horizon Media, and our clientsÂ
Participate in Horizon’s Media 101 training program, as well as other syndicated and proprietary training sessions (i.e. Excel Basics, Business Writing, Presentation Skills, and more)Â

Salary Range
