Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our growing Personal Injury team. In this role, you'll serve as a primary point of contact for clients, helping guide them through the legal process while coordinating medical treatment, managing case documentation, and supporting our attorneys.

The ideal candidate has experience in personal injury law, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering exceptional client service.

What You Will Do

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters while ensuring deadlines and case milestones are met.
• Build strong relationships with clients by providing regular updates, answering questions, and delivering compassionate support throughout their case.
• Request, organize, and track medical records, billing statements, police reports, insurance documents, and other essential case materials.
• Coordinate client medical treatment and monitor treatment progress to maximize case development.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date electronic case files in accordance with firm procedures.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys to assist with case evaluation, settlement demands, negotiations, and overall case strategy.
• Ensure compliance with legal procedures, firm policies, and documentation standards.
• Perform additional case support and administrative duties as needed to help move cases efficiently toward resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience in a related field; paralegal certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of personal injury law.
  
• Experience gathering and organizing medical records, insurance claims, police reports, and supporting documentation.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy in all work.
• Previous experience in a law office or similar environment is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with legal case management software is advantageous.
• Fluency in Spanish.
