Job Summary:

The Community and Family Resource Center (CFRC) Clinical Supervisor supervises and supports the CFRC Case Managers and Community Engagement Specialists that are providing direct services to clients. The CFRC Clinical Supervisor works closely with the staff to ensure quality services are provided in a timely manner. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for helping cultivate and maintain relationships with partner agencies/community-based organizations by being involved in the community and to create relationships that enhance the services provided by the CFRC. 

The CFRC Clinical Supervisor follows all Penny Lane Centers policies and procedures regarding the Heart Centered Culture, cultural sensitivity, and cultural awareness. The Clinical Supervisor supports the agency mission and vision in their interaction with children, youth, families, and partner agencies.

Requirements:

  • Active Licensed LMFT, LCSW, LPCC or Psychologist.
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience providing services to inner city clients from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds preferred.
  • Minimum two years (2) years’ experience in management, supervision, or program development preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred (verbal and written skillset).
  • Valid California driver’s license; current automobile insurance; have and maintain a clean driving record acceptable to the organization’s insurance company; have immediate access to his or her vehicle during work hours.

Position Location: North Hills, CA

Position shift: Monday-Friday; Required to be available during CFRC hours, which include regular business hours, evenings and/or weekends when necessary.

Salary Range: $80,080 - $97,133 per year

Additional $5,000 per year bilingual Spanish differential.

Eligible employees may request up to 5 days of Paid Time Off to study for their licensure.
