The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.

Be at the forefront of shaping the Bank's commercial card program from the initial establishment of the commercial card platform through roll out to our client base. Responsible for the management and tracking of core vendors who support the commercial card program. Major Responsibilities: The Commercial Card Platform Manager is responsible for management of the strategic vendors who support the commercial card program. Responsibilities include: Manage relationships with Total Systems, MasterCard and other vendors that may be added in the future. Ensure connectivity between vendors, the bank and customers operate successfully and issues are resolved with minimal impact to the bank and its customers. Communicate platform issues to internal bank associates to insure timely client notification Work closely with vendors to manage integration of updates and enhancements for all programs, platforms and interfaces and organize communication to both bank employees and external customers. Provide product update schedules and release notices to the Product Management, Account Management, and Implementation and Training teams. Facilitate training of new enhancements to internal teams prior to release to general cardholder population Act as technical support to all internal bank associates with Smart Data Generation 2 (SDG2), MasterCard EMS, Total Systems Analytics and other new programs that may be made available in the future. Manage TSYS option settings and initiate technical change controls with the vendor in conjunction with the Product Team. Coordinate development of custom file feeds and other functionality on behalf internal and external clients Develop, manage and enhance analytical reporting leveraging vendor data bases to track program performance and/or meet compliance and regulatory reporting needs. Track and report SLAs to management on a periodic agreed upon basis. Rectify deviations from agreed upon service levels. Manage vendors' service levels to negotiated agreements. Integrate service level metrics into customer service enterprise-level reporting Reconcile and, if necessary, dispute vendor billing to maintain low cost operating expenses. Provide customer feedback to Product Management to increase business and enhance existing products. Actively ensure compliance with the Bank's Business Standards of Conduct and all Patriot Act, CIP, Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, information security and suspicious activity reporting requirements, and other regulatory and compliance policies and procedures. Actively participate in any required corporate and business line Compliance Training. Follow account opening procedures and understand and follow internal suspicious activity referral requirements and processes, as required for this position. Actively work with customers to understand each customer's normal account activity, as appropriate for this position.

The typical base pay range for this role is between $138K and $161K

depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation. Qualifications Typically requires a degree from a four-year college (e.g., B.A., B.S.) and a minimum of five years of technical experience. Familiarity with corporate ERP systems, purchase requisition systems, receiving and payable and general ledger accounting systems. Superior customer servicing and consulting skills. Preferred experience in a corporate purchasing, account payable or card implementation department a plus. An understanding of market-leading services to conduct Web or wireless payments as well as electronic data reporting is desired. PC skills to include Microsoft, PowerPoint and Excel. Excellent ability to multi-task and management to strict deadlines is required. Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. Excellent interpersonal skills.
