The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management for major public-sector agencies.

We are currently seeking experienced Project Schedulers to support LAUSD’s Facilities Services Division capital improvement program. This is an excellent opportunity for scheduling professionals with strong Primavera P6 experience who enjoy working on large-scale public sector construction projects.

*Salary Range: $170K/Year-$185K/Year - Dependent on Candidate's Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze contractor baseline and monthly Primavera P6 schedules

• Identify critical path impacts, milestone slippage, and schedule risks

• Perform schedule QA/QC and time impact analysis

• Develop earned value curves, KPI reports, and schedule recovery recommendations

• Attend project meetings and construction site visits as needed

• Coordinate with project teams regarding schedule and progress issues

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field

• Minimum 6 years of professional construction scheduling experience for owners or general contractors

• Strong Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office proficiency

• Experience with public works or educational facility projects preferred

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
