The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management for major public-sector agencies.

The Greenridge Group is seeking an experienced Scheduler IV to support capital improvement projects at Los Angeles Harbor College. This role requires strong experience in construction scheduling, delay analysis, change orders, claims, and cost-loaded schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and coordinate project schedules based on established project execution strategies.
  • Review contractor schedules for contract compliance and quality.
  • Perform Critical Path, Earned Value, and Time Impact Analyses.
  • Evaluate change orders and amendments for schedule and budget impacts.
  • Analyze project delays, potential claims, and contractor recovery schedules.
  • Participate in change order negotiations.
  • Review weekly and monthly schedule progress and present findings to management.
  • Conduct construction/project site visits to evaluate and report progress.
  • Perform cost analysis and compare actual expenditures against project budgets.
  • Prepare cost-loaded schedules and cash-flow projections.
  • Identify scheduling issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Work across multiple project sites as required.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of project or program scheduling experience on large construction programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional qualifying experience beyond the 10-year minimum may substitute for the degree.
  • Advanced proficiency with Primavera scheduling software and Microsoft Office applications, including MS Project and Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and cost-engineering principles.
  • Demonstrated experience performing Time Impact Analysis.
  • Experience with construction claims and change orders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel between assigned project sites as needed.
