We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team and oversee projects across Southern California. This role is based out of our Torrance office and requires strong field leadership, attention to detail, and a proven track record in hotel, restaurant, and tenant improvement construction.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all phases of construction projects on-site, ensuring work is performed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Direct and coordinate subcontractors, field staff, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Interpret and enforce project plans, specifications, and contracts.
  • Maintain project schedules and proactively identify and resolve potential delays.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections and safety meetings.
  • Conduct quality control checks to meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively to project managers and senior leadership.
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in tenant improvement, hotel and restaurant construction/renovations.
  • Proficiency in Procore (required) and familiarity with scheduling software and MS Office.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, ADA requirements, construction methods, and safety regulations in California.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schedules, and specifications.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • OSHA 30 certification (preferred).
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to job sites across Southern California.
