Hermeus is a venture-backed defense aviation company reclaiming the lost art of rapid iterative prototyping to build the fastest aircraft in the world today. By prioritizing relentless hardware iteration, we deliver high-speed systems at the pace of the modern battlefield. Security is not just about standing at a gate—it is about protecting the future. We are looking for a vigilant, professional, and tech-savvy Corporate Security Officer to serve as the "face" of our facility. You will be responsible for safeguarding our most valuable assets: our people and our intellectual property.

This role requires a unique blend of high-end customer service and tactical readiness. • Actively monitor AI-integrated CCTV systems and intrusion detection software to identify and address anomalies before they become incidents.
  • Conduct regular and random "human sensor" patrols of the facility interior and perimeter, ensuring all sensitive areas (including SCIF-adjacent spaces) are secure.
  • Serve as the on-site lead for medical emergencies, fire alarms, and security breaches. You must be prepared to implement Defend-In-Place (DIP) protocols and coordinate with local law enforcement.
  • Enforce "Clean Desk" and "Clear Screen" policies. Monitor for unauthorized photography or data mishandling in production areas.
  •  Provide a professional, welcoming presence at the front desk, assisting visitors while maintaining a high level of situational awareness.
  • Process visitor requests and employee badge requests.

Minimum Requirements
