MOBI Technologies is looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Customer Service Agent to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment focused on smart health, baby, and connected technology products.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
