The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management for major public-sector agencies.

We are looking for an experienced Electrical/IT Construction Inspector to support major public infrastructure and airport-related projects. In this role, you’ll be responsible for inspecting electrical and low-voltage systems to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and agency requirements.

Schedule: Night Shift (10:30PM-7:00AM, Sunday-Friday)

Salary Range: $140K-$155K/Year - Dependent on Candidate's Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform inspections on electrical and low-voltage systems across buildings, civil works, and tenant improvements
  • Review installations such as electrical panels, lighting, grounding systems, fire/life safety systems, and IT components
  • Ensure compliance with approved plans, codes, and safety regulations
  • Document daily progress, track changes, and support reporting (RFIs, submittals, etc.)
  • Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Electrical/IT inspections (building construction required)
  • Experience with low-voltage systems (e.g., security, communications, IT infrastructure)
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings and code requirements
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Team-oriented, professional, and adaptable
Education/Training
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • ICC Certification – Commercial Electrical Inspector (Required)
  • CAL OSHA-30
  • NFPA-13 & NFPA-70E (within last 3 years)
  • Fall Protection / Harness Training
