Electrical Mechanical Assembler (Day Shift)

Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:15 AM – 4:45 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable Electrical Mechanical Assembler with experience in precision soldering and electronic assembly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to interpret technical documentation, and committed to producing high-quality work that meets industry standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assemble and work on a variety of antenna products.
Perform precision soldering, rework, and touch-up of electronic assemblies.
Use microscopes for inspection and detailed soldering tasks.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and schematics.
Operate hand and power tools, including electric screwdrivers and heat guns.
Follow established manufacturing processes, work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
Ensure all work meets IPC J-STD-001 workmanship requirements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in electronics assembly or a related manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated experience with hand soldering and electronic component assembly.
Ability to pass a hands-on soldering proficiency test.
Experience using microscopes for assembly and inspection.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics.
Basic computer skills are preferred.
Good English communication skills are preferred.
Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
