We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the CEO of a well-known toy company. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle confidential information, and serve as a key point of contact, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Organize and prioritize incoming communications.
  • Plan and execute company events, meetings, and conferences to ensure seamless operations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with project management and follow up on action items.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making.

Qualifications
