What This Is

You run the operational layer around the CEO. Scheduling, communications, research, follow-through, and whatever falls through the cracks before it becomes a problem. Judgment role. The calendar is the least interesting part.

We will teach you our systems and priorities. We cannot teach you to anticipate, exercise discretion, or stay calm when three things are happening at once.

If you want predictable days and clear boundaries — this is not it. If you want to be genuinely useful to someone doing important work — there is a lot here.

The Salary

$80,000 – $125,000. Where you land depends entirely on what you bring. If you are the right person we will find a way to make it work.
