About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support leaders at MiniMed. In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner in a fast paced, complex environment—coordinating projects, managing priorities with precision, and ensuring seamless day to day operations. You’ll leverage digital tools and AI to streamline workflows, elevate standards, and deliver measurable efficiency gains in a highly regulated healthcare setting.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Provide comprehensive executive-level support, including drafting communications and managing complex, shifting calendars

  • Coordinate meetings, offsites, and conferences with precision and attention to detail

  • Seamlessly manage domestic and international travel logistics and expense submissions

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials to support leadership decisions

  • Administer inter-departmental programs and special assignments

  • Maintain structured filing and documentation systems

  • Lead or support cross-functional initiatives

  • Provide guidance to junior administrative staff as needed

  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend system or workflow enhancements

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma and 6+ years of progressive administrative experience

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$72,400.00 - $108,600.00


 

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Short Term Incentive (STI).
