Requirements
- Experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Commitment to confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role.
- Highly detail-oriented.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to a key senior leader, including scheduling and managing calendars.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for conferences and business meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Prepare and transcribe minutes for meetings and maintain accurate documentation for internal partners.
- Prepare executives for meetings (agendas, materials, follow-ups).
- Handle email correspondence and document requests.
- Draft and edit emails, memos, and communications on behalf of executive.
- Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents as requested.
