Requirements
  • Experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience operating in a highly confidential, high-stakes executive environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively anticipate needs.
Responsibilities
  • Own day-to-day operations, ensuring priorities, deadlines, and commitments are executed effectively.
  • Manage the EVP’s calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and prioritize communications with discretion and judgment.
  • Prepare, review, and distribute executive correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Screen calls, emails, and requests, determining appropriate responses, escalation, or delegation.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, speaking engagements, industry events, and stakeholder interactions.
  • Track timelines, action items, and deliverables using Excel or lightweight project-tracking tools.
  • Prepare, submit, and reconcile the EVP’s expense reports using Concur or a similar expense management system.
