We are seeking an executive/personal assistant for an ultra-high-net-worth conservationist and CEO/founder of a venture capital firm focused on preserving the environment and saving the planet. This is a hybrid position for a company that values employee wellness and work/life balance. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is passionate about the environment and saving the planet. 

Qualifications
  • Passionate about the environment
  • Prior experience as an executive/personal assistant
  • Experience managing a calendar and making travel arrangements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficient
  • Mac/PC proficient
  • Tech-savvy
  • Detail-oriented
  • Highly organized
Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative duties, including screening calls, managing calendars, making travel arrangements, processing expenses, and planning events.
  • Manage the principal’s 4 homes.
  • Oversee household staff and vendors.
  • Manage projects
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, reports, and presentations.
  • Act as both a gatekeeper and relationship manager for the principal
  • Handle information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Conduct research to develop strategies and make well-informed decisions.
