The Factory Office Coordinator supports daily office and production activities in a manufacturing environment. This role assists with purchasing, customer service, order entry, and basic production coordination. The position does not include supervisory responsibilities and is suitable for an organized, detail‑oriented individual looking to grow in manufacturing or operations.Â

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesÂ
  Office Administration & CoordinationÂ
- Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, customers, and vendorsÂ
- Answer and route incoming phone calls and emailsÂ
- Maintain accurate records, schedules, and documentationÂ
   Purchasing & Inventory ManagementÂ
- Assist with ordering materials and supplies from approved vendorsÂ
- Create and process purchase orders in the ERP systemÂ
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepanciesÂ
- Coordinate inventory counts and adjustments with warehouse and production teamsÂ
   Customer Service & Order ProcessingÂ
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or online portalÂ
- Process order updates, cancellations, returns, and warranty requestsÂ
- Help resolve basic order or product issues in a timely mannerÂ
   Basic Production Planning SupportÂ
- Assist the Production Planner with tracking schedules and material needsÂ
- Communicate order requirements and updates to production teamsÂ
- Report inventory discrepancies or defects to the appropriate departmentÂ
QualificationsÂ
- High school diploma or equivalent requiredÂ
- Previous experience in an office, manufacturing, or customer service role preferredÂ
- Basic computer skills; experience with ERP or order entry systems a plusÂ
- Strong organizational and communication skillsÂ
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environmentÂ
