What We're Looking For;
- Prior sales experience working in wholesale distribution is strongly preferred. Candidates with commensurate retail and/or restaurant experience will also be considered.
- Knowledge of the Los Angeles restaurant and retail landscape.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for wine, spirits, and the hospitality industry.
What You'll Do
- Manage a territory of on-premise and off-premise accounts.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Deliver compelling product presentations, tastings, and staff trainings.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal team members to drive sales.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory.
- Execute against sales goals, brand initiatives, and territory plans.
- Participate in market work assignments with visiting winery and spirits suppliers.
- Participate in monthly sales meetings.
- Participate in various trade and consumer tasting events.
Report to:
- Southern California Sales Manager
Compensation
- Commission plus bonus based on sales
- Expected earnings: $60,000 – $80,000+, with upside based on performance

Additional Requirements
- Residency within or near the territory is strongly preferred
