General (Bumper-to-Bumper) Technicians – From brakes to suspension to HVAC, you’re the all-around problem solver. Heavy Line Technicians – Engines, axles, and the tough stuff? You’re in your element. Driveability Technicians – You speak the language of sensors, modules, and advanced diagnostics. Diesel Technicians – If it roars, you’re ready. From Super Duty to Transit, your diesel game is strong. Electrical Diagnostic Technicians – Wiring, electronics, and the systems others avoid? You own them. What You'll Be Doing Depending on your skill level, here’s the kind of hands-on, rewarding work you’ll take on at Galpin: Run full bumper-to-bumper diagnostics with precision and confidence Repair and maintain brake systems, suspension, HVAC, and drivability concerns Perform complex diesel and transmission work (for advanced specialists) Service cutting-edge hybrid and electric vehicles Communicate clearly with service advisors and teammates to keep things moving smoothly Stay up to date with the latest factory training and follow all safety protocols Take pride in your bay—treat it like it’s your own shop. What You Bring to the Table We’re looking for passionate technicians who take pride in their work and are ready to grow. Here’s what sets you up for success at Galpin: High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license Solid understanding of electrical systems, A/C, brakes, and front-end work ASE and Ford certifications are a big plus (and we’ll help you get them if you don’t have them yet) Clear and confident communication skills Strong commitment to customer service A professional work ethic, reliability, and personal integrity Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a high-performing team A problem-solver mindset with strong follow-through   COMPANY OVERVIEW Galpin opened its doors in 1946 and over the last 77 years has become the pinnacle of the Automotive industry.
