You provide professional administrative support and exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless daily experience within the community. In your role, you contribute to operational excellence by managing front desk responsibilities, handling inquiries, coordinating communication, and supporting Community Leaders with administrative tasks. You accomplish these goals by maintaining organized systems, assisting with documentation and reporting, scheduling appointments, and ensuring accurate recordkeeping. You support the team by fostering a positive and professional environment, assisting residents with requests, and helping maintain clear communication between departments. Through attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a service-oriented mindset, you help create a welcoming atmosphere and contribute to the overall success of the community. In this role, you thrive on being proactive, dependable, and solutions-focused. You are a key contributor to the team and an ambassador of our service culture, helping ensure a smooth, organized, and resident-focused operation each day. This position is full-time and is not exempt from overtime. REPORTS TO:  Assistant General Manager HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for residents, guarantors, guests, and prospects, providing accurate information and exceptional service. Assist student residents with daily needs including package pickup, work order submissions, amenity reservations, lockouts, and general housing questions. Support community events, resident engagement programs, and move-in/move-out processes to enhance the student living experience. Maintain a welcoming, inclusive, and professional front desk and lobby environment. Administrative  Responsibilities: Manage incoming calls, emails channels with accuracy and professionalism. Complete data entry, filing, scanning, and record maintenance with accuracy and confidentiality. Support Department Managers with administrative projects, reporting, and documentation. Coordinate with maintenance and resident services to relay information and ensure follow-up on resident concerns.         QualificationsCORE COMPENTENCIES: Customer- Centric: Desire to deliver an exceptional resident and colleague experience in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS: 1–2 years of customer service experience required; student housing or property management experience preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with college-aged residents. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in email communication, phone handling, and basic administrative tools. Experience with Yardi or property management software is a plus. Ability to work assigned weekend shifts. High school diploma or GED required Physical Requirements: Frequently move/traverse, ascend/descend stairs in/around apartment homes and community. Constantly positions self to bend, stoop, reach, lift. Occasionally lift/move/carry up to 25lbs with/without assistance. Frequently lift/move/carry 5lbs. Constantly communicate, converse and exchange information with coworkers, vendors, residents and visitors. Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time. Ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer). Constantly operates computer, 10-key and other office productivity machinery. Constantly works in low to moderate noise levels Constantly works in outdoor weather conditions. Cognitive or Mental Requirements: Reading; Writing; Ability to communicate clearly; Ability to deal with complex issues; and Attention to detail. Eligibility Requirements: • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States; and • Must be willing to submit to a background investigation. Salary Range: $18.00-$19.00 per hour, D.O.E.  Eligible for:  Commissions, Overtime, and Wardrobe Allowance Benefits: Fully paid medical insurance available to employees along with dental, vision.
