Position Overview: The Front Office Receptionist is the friendly, welcoming face for staff and guests at our production studio, creating a positive and inclusive environment. You’ll be responsible for opening and closing the studio, managing mail and deliveries, and assisting with light Operations tasks such as way-finding, stocking, and minor coordination. This is primarily a desk-based role with regular periods of quiet downtime. Reporting to the Operations Manager and supporting a 70+ person office, this role is essential for smooth daily operations but is not intended as a path to a creative production role.

Responsibilities:
- Building Operations
- Monitor safety, cleanliness, and overall efficiency of building services.
- Schedule and receive deliveries to ensure timely coordination.
- Alert the Operations Coordinator/Manager to repair needs.
- Assist with reservations for parking spaces.
- Point person for all wayfinding in the building
- Reception and Keyholding
- Greet all visitors, manage incoming mail, and packages.
- Open/close the office daily, ensuring security and accessibility.
- Craft Services
- Support Facilities Coordinator to ensure the kitchen and green room are stocked with snacks, beverages, and essentials.
- Facilitate lunch deliveries to the office
- Support office celebrations, including birthdays and other events.

- Comfortable using Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Forms, and Calendar); tech-savvy.
