Department Summary
The Department of Biostatistics at the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health is internationally recognized for excellence in biostatistical research, education, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Faculty and students conduct innovative research in Bayesian methods, causal inference, data science, machine learning, statistical genetics, longitudinal and survival analysis, and spatial statistics. Join the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health's Department of Biostatistics, a nationally and internationally recognized leader in biostatistical research, data science, and public health innovation. The Senior Fund Manager plays a critical role in supporting a diverse portfolio of sponsored research projects, contracts, grants, and departmental funds that advance scientific discovery and improve health outcomes worldwide. Working closely with faculty, researchers, and administrative leadership, the incumbent will provide high-level financial analysis, research administration, and strategic fund management for complex federal, state, and private awards. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research initiatives while supporting the Department's renowned graduate programs, including the Master of Data Science in Health (MDSH) program.
