Overview and Responsibilities
Paramount is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Coordinator to primarily support the Head of Global Franchise Management, while also providing administrative and project coordination support to the broader Global Franchise Management team. This role is ideal for a resourceful, motivated professional who thrives in a dynamic, creative environment and enjoys working across multiple teams. The Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the day-to-day operations of the department run smoothly by managing executive priorities, coordinating schedules, and supporting cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Serve as the primary administrative partner to the Head of Global Franchise Management, managing day-to-day calendar, scheduling, meeting prioritization, travel arrangements, and other executive support needs.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the broader Global Franchise Management team, helping facilitate department operations and cross-functional collaboration.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas and meeting materials, capture meeting notes, and manage follow-up communications and action items.
- Contribute to presentation development and assist with assembling relevant creative materials.
- Assist with managing project workflows, coordinating with cross-functional partners, and maintaining alignment across teams.
- Manage expense reports and reconcile travel and entertainment expenses in accordance with company policy.
- Track ongoing projects and initiatives, providing regular updates on progress, milestones, and deadlines.
- Serve as a liaison between the Head of Global Franchise Management, internal departments, and external partners to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Assist with planning and execution of department events, off-sites, and cross-company marketing initiatives.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
- Anticipate executive priorities and proactively manage competing demands to optimize time management and workflow.
- Monitor key industry trends, franchise performance, consumer insights, and competitive activity.
- Perform additional duties and support special projects as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience providing administrative or executive-level support, preferably within a corporate, media, or entertainment environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel); experience with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or WordPress a plus.
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars, prioritize competing demands, and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively across teams and functions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Comfortable navigating and using social media platforms for professional and brand-related communications.
Additional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience supporting senior executives.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and recommend improvements to processes and workflow.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Hiring Salary Range: $48,800.00 - 73,200.00.Â
Â
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.  The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable,  as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.  Â
