AAAZA is hiring! Looking for engaging, energetic graphic designer who is passionate about diverse cultures. Working within our media strategy team, you will support marketing and advertising initiatives that deliver actionable insights and award-winning work for our clients. Strong verbal and written English communications with Asian language expertise. Open to connecting with H-1B candidates. This is a full-time HYBRID work position in Los Angeles with the chance to work remotely from our office space in Hawaii for up to two weeks a year. Who You Are

We’re a leading multicultural advertising agency looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to bring fresh ideas to our creative team. You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment. A true expert in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, you consistently deliver compelling, high-quality design work that comes to life across all advertising and marketing platforms.

What You Bring

• 5-7 years graphic design experience (previous advertising agency experience preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Acrobat).
• Ability to read a creative brief and conceptualize and creatively execute fresh, new ideas while adhering to brand mandates
• Keen eye of layout, typography, and color
• Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-driven team environment
• Detailed oriented with strong communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications - Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, or web design tools not required but will be a huge plus
• Bi-Lingual in Korean, Filipino, Vietnamese or Mandarin desired, but not required
