Description

Responsibilities:

  •  Greet all hotel guests and visitors as the enter the property, opening lobby doors
  •  Patrol the site regularly, ensuring to verify all site checkpoints
  •  Respond to all safety and security situations, determining de-escalation steps for hostile/tense environments, dispatching emergency services, and remedying concerns
  •  Proactive communication to site leadership, corporate, and client for all security and safety matters, including immediate notification of severe situations
  •  Assist all guests and visitors with property directions
  •  Maintain a clean work environment (sweeping the drive, cleaning the key room/podium area)

Qualifications and Skills:

  •  Valid Drivers License with no marks on record
  •  GuardCard certification
  •  Superior professionalism, organization, and communication skills
  •  Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  •  1+ year of customer service experience preferred
  •  18 years of age or older

Physical Demands:

  •  Willingness to work in the elements - heat, wind, rain, etc.
  •  Ability to lift, push and pull at least 30 pounds.
  •  Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods.
  •  Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift.
