Job Summary:
The HR Support Specialist is responsible for managing a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks and provides clerical support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources related activities, policies, processes, and procedures.
The HR Support Specialist is a highly detail-oriented and dependable team member who displays strong communication skills when providing clerical and operational support to the Human Resources department. This role is key to ensuring HR functions run smoothly and efficiently, particularly in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The HR Support Specialist has strong time management and organizational skills and uses a problem-solving approach.

Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum six months’ experience of related clerical/Human Resources support including filing, scanning, data entry, and tracking employee files for compliance.Â
- Experience with handling confidential information per basic HIPAA guidelines.Â
- Â Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and preferred ADP HRIS software knowledge.
- Â Bilingual Spanish Verbal
- Must have a current valid California driver’s license and current automobile insurance. Must have and maintain a clean driving record acceptable to the organization’s insurance company. Must have immediate access to his or her vehicle during work hours.
Position Location: North Hollywood, CA Â
Salary Range:Â $19.50 up to $25.47 per hour (salary is based on verified paid related employment experience and level of education; non-negotiable).
Schedule: Â Monday- Friday 8:00am until 5:00pm
This position is onsite and requires working in the office; it is not a remote role.
Additional $1.00 per hour bilingual Spanish differential.Â
