As a Multinational Corporation Banking (MNC) Industry Executive you will lead a team of Bankers in their business development efforts to grow and retain profitable banking relationships with Multinational Corporation Banking clients. A typical team includes direct management of 7 to 10 Bankers. In addition, the Industry Executive partners closely with credit underwriting, treasury sales, client service, an administrative assistant, and other functional areas inside and outside of the Commercial & Specialized Industries to deliver products and solutions to clients.  
In this role you will be expected to maintain a portfolio of your own while leading the banking team, however, the portfolio size is typically smaller in recognition of management responsibilities.  As part of the regional coverage, travel to clients may include approximately 25% of schedule.Â

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and SkillsÂ
- Typically a minimum of ten years account relationship management experience with a focus on business relationshipsÂ
- Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services with knowledge of the regionÂ
- Ability to mobilize internal networks and resourcesÂ
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributorÂ
- Management experience in a Commercial Bank setting, specifically leading a commercial lending sales team Â
- Sales management and business development skills with proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships Â
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills; able to effectively communicate clearly and conciselyÂ

- Bachelor’s degree and formal credit training preferredÂ
- Strong technology experience; digital background preferredÂ
