About the Role
Join MiniMed and help improve the lives of people living with diabetes by leading critical labeling initiatives that support the safe and effective delivery of life-changing therapies. As a Labeling Program Manager, you will lead complex, large-scale labeling programs that ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and patient safety. Working across a highly matrixed organization, you will serve as a subject matter expert on labeling and technical literature requirements, drive process improvements, support labeling technologies, and partner with stakeholders to successfully deliver strategic rebranding and labeling programs that advance our mission and business objectives.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Develops processes and procedures for large-scale labeling changes associated with licensing of our new brand
Functions as an SME on labeling and technical literature requirements and development.
Ensures that labeling meets all relevant medical, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Monitors, evaluates and recommends improvements to labeling processes, quality, systems tools and/or policies.
Support IT programs related to labeling technology and printers.
Manages special labeling projects as assigned.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 7 years experience managing labeling programs in medical device or other highly regulated industry
OR
Advanced Degree and minimum of 5 years experience managing labeling programs in medical device or other highly regulated industry
Nice to Have:
Experience with re-licensing and re-branding
Previous experience in medical device industry
Cross functional leadership and collaboration across highly matrixed organization
Experience with labeling systems and printer
PMP or equivalent project management certification
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to travel 10%

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$121,000.00-$205,000.00For roles located in California, Seattle WA, Washington DC, Boston MA, and New York City, the salary range is $121,000.00 - $205,000.00 USD. Â
Actual compensation may vary based on factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, market conditions, internal equity, and geographic location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).Â
