Maintenance Technician - Los Angeles, CA

Confidential Property Management Company is hiring an experienced, full-time Maintenance Technician to join our growing team in downtown Los Angeles.

The pay is $26 to $30 per hour, depending on experience, with opportunities for bonuses as well.  The schedule will be Tuesday through Saturday and there will also be rotating on-call duties.

Conduct all community maintenance work and service requests. 

Must have at least one year of maintenance technician experience. 

High School education or equivalent required.
