This is a hybrid role (3 days in office) based at our Los Angeles headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day execution of client campaigns under the guidance of a Senior Client Services Manager and/or Director

  • Manage campaign timelines, trackers, and budgets to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope

  • Coordinate across internal teams (Creative, Talent, Strategy, Paid Media, Legal) to move campaigns from kickoff through delivery

  • Sourcing and vetting creators aligned to a brands campaign objectives and guidelines

  • Own the creator workflow, including briefing, collecting content, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely submissions

  • Negotiate and contract creators across campaigns in an efficient and timely manner

  • Monitor campaign progress, proactively flag risks or delays, and help identify solutions to keep projects on track

  • Support development of client-facing materials, including status updates, reporting, and wrap decks

  • Maintain clear and consistent communication across internal teams and with external partners

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 2-4 years of experience in creator/influencer marketing, digital marketing, and/or social media

  • Strong understanding of the creator and influencer landscape, including platform trends and content formats

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, especially across timelines, budgets, and deliverables

  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners

  • Comfort supporting client-facing conversations and communications

  • Experience with creator negotiations and contracting is a plus

  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Suite, Monday.com (or similar), and creator marketing platforms (e.g., CreatorIQ)

  • Passion for social media, internet culture, and creator-led storytelling, with a proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative

Compensation

$60,000 – $80,000 (base)
