POSITION TITLE: Programming Event Coordinator (non profit organization)
DEPARTMENT: Membership & Programming
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
REPORTS TO: Director of Programming and Membership
DIRECT REPORTS INCLUDE: n/a
WORK SCHEDULE: Full time, Hourly Non-Exempt (40 hours, some nights/wknds)
COMPENSATION: $24 - $26 per hour
BENEFIT STATUS: Eligible

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to help deliver memorable, meaningful, and elegant events and programs for all Ebell members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with Ebell members/partners to produce events
- Responsible for event production details:
- Date coordination
- Event Logistics
- Daily communication with clients/members
- Communication for Ebell Staff/Vendors (A/V, Kitchen Staff, Facilities)
- Create: Budgets, Creative Briefs, Room layouts, Contracts, Check Requests and Gig Sheets for Events
- Track payments and Invoices
- Day of on-site contact during program/event. Production elements, talent contact, sound and lighting
- Manage Non-profit calendar including inputting of event details
- Trouble shoot during events
- Track event data
- Flexible schedule (some evening and weekends)
- Team collaboration on events and execution
- Take potential partners/members on tour of property
Qualifications:
Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, outlook
Event Experience is a must
Professional office experience is a must
Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma

Compensation
24.00 to 26.00 per hour
