We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mortgage Dispatch Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. As the first point of contact for potential borrowers, this role requires exceptional communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

You will be responsible for handling a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, responding to client inquiries clearly and professionally, and directing calls to the appropriate departments. Your ability to deliver outstanding customer service will play a key role in shaping the first impression of CAKE Mortgage.

 Key Responsibilities

• Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Provide clear, accurate, and timely information to clients in a fast-paced setting.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for borrowers, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly.
• Monitor and respond to leads from multiple sources including phone calls, voicemails, emails, and online submissions.
• Escalate or transfer calls to appropriate internal departments as needed.
• Address client questions and concerns with confidence and clarity.
• Perform additional administrative or support duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience in mortgage or financial services industry (preferred).
• Call center experience (preferred).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Professional demeanor and customer service-focused mindset.
