About Hematology and Cellular Therapy Program:
Established in 1989, our program has performed over 1,500 bone marrow transplants, including autologous, allogeneic related, and CAR T and Immune Effector Cell Therapy. As a National Marrow Donor Program/Be The Match transplant center since 2001, we are authorized to treat patients with all commercially available CAR-T cell products.
Our experienced hematology and cellular therapy team considers every detail of your medical needs to create a personalized treatment plan for you. Essential Duties:
- Independently seeing patients for follow-up. Collaborate with attending physician as indicated.Â
- Triage and manage patients’ symptoms secondary to their malignancy or treatment regimens.Â
- Perform bone marrow biopsies with aspiration, IT chemotherapy administration, and Ommaya access.Â
- Management of chemotherapy.Â
- Order and interpret diagnostic studies.Â
