With dynamic cross-training and advancement opportunities in a team-focused environment, the core of RadNet’s success is its people with the commitment to a better healthcare experience.  When you join RadNet as an Onboarding Coordinator, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

 

You Will:

  • Ensure data integrity through accurate data entry and self-auditing in HRIS systems
  • Communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders within HR and Operations to improve the pre-employment onboarding experience and to provide regular updates on candidate status
  • Communicate clearly and effectively to new employees during the onboarding process
  • Ensure compliance with state/federal requirements, to include any pre-employment medical and background screening
  • Ensure completion and submission of required new hire documents, including all required policy acknowledgments on what documents they need to provide and complete prior to their start date
  • Ensure complete and accurate electronic personnel files, including personnel records, adverse actions, completion of I-9s
  • Conduct all HR functions in accordance with applicable statutes, EEO, OSHA, FLSA, etc.
  • Maintain current knowledge of employment law that may directly impact new hire workflows, processing and compliance
  • Partner with other HR services to troubleshoot any technical error that may arise during the onboarding process
  • Participate in meetings and/or manage projects as assigned
  • Demonstrates a high level of competency and ensures team members are safeguarding patient property and Patient Health Information.
  • Responsible for safeguarding on-site medications following Company policies, procedures, and any legal requirements and ensures employee adherence to on-site medication policies
  • Demonstrates and ensures team members a high level of respect for company property, including any cash and patient financial information on-site or on patient portals.
  • Is responsive to the needs of others by exhibiting and maintaining professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
  • Demonstrates high-level respect for patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during all interactions, including team members' interactions with one another.
  • Demonstrates ability to interact diplomatically and sympathetically with patients, their families, and the public in a clinical setting, and ensures team members adherence to the same expectation.
  • Demonstrates and exhibits the behavior that fosters an environment that is nurturing and ensures cooperative and collaborative working relationships.

To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have:

  • High School Diploma
  • At least 1 year experience in Human Resources, preferably in a position that had previous onboarding responsibility
  • Knowledge and understanding of current HR policies, including mulit-state new hire employment laws
  • Strong working knowledge with cloud-based systems
  • Ability to handle delicate and confidential situations
  • Must be able to work remotely or within an office as business needs determine
  • Must have strong written and verbal skills
