PaymentCloud operates as a sibling brand under the Kurv umbrella. Our marketing team drives paid acquisition across both brands through paid search, paid social, and a growing affiliate program. The Paid Media Coordinator owns the daily execution that keeps this engine running from affiliate partner operations to email campaign execution to the reporting that keeps everyone honest about performance. You'll work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, our paid social/search agency partner, and our affiliate partners, making sure nothing falls through the cracks day to day so the team can stay focused on strategy and growth.   Key Responsibilities Affiliate Program Operations Own day-to-day communication with affiliate partners via Slack and email, and coordinate/attend bi-weekly partner meetings Monitor lead quality 2–3x per week across affiliate sources to keep CAC on target, flagging issues to your manager as they arise  Reconcile affiliate reporting spend, lead volume, and quality trends by partner and establish/maintain reporting structures as new partners come on  Troubleshoot partner issues as they come up Support new partner onboarding (contract paperwork, setup) and initial vetting of prospective partners alongside your manager Communicate affiliate pay structure changes to Finance and Data teams Maintain the Affiliate Cheat Sheet partner-facing program documentation in Canva Represent Kurv at the ASW affiliate conference alongside your manager Campaign Execution & Agency Support Execute paid social campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn as needed, coordinating tactics with our agency partner Write creative briefs and coordinate assets with brand, design, and video teams Execute approved paid boosts on organic social content and track and report on paid boost KPIs quarterly Provide landing pages and performance reporting to our agency partner as needed to support their campaign work Build and execute lead generation email campaigns to support top of funnel Data & Reporting Pull regular lead status reports by lead source to identify quality issues Maintain the MQL,  SQL,  Submission,  Approval, CPA funnel view Assist in building and maintaining recurring reporting at the weekly, monthly, and executive level Maintain naming conventions and tagging consistency across all paid channels Provide accurate monthly billing amounts for affiliate payments Maintain a competitor matrix tracking where competitors show up across the web Systems, Lead Routing & Project Management Coordinate with Operations to set up new lead sources in internal systems Work closely with our Growth Marketing Strategist to assist with tracking and testing implementation  QA test new landing pages and lead sources before launch, confirming correct routing and source tagging Own the team's Monday.com board — task queue, statuses, blockers, and deadlines Manage campaign execution timelines from creative brief through launch Stakeholder Communication Serve as a regular point of contact with inside sales leadership on lead quality and routing Join monthly meetings with inside sales teams alongside your manager to discuss lead sources and quality What You'll Bring Required 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or a similar coordination-heavy role Comfort working across multiple tools simultaneously — CRM (we use Zoho), ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), spreadsheets, Slack, and project management software (Monday.com) Strong attention to detail, especially around data accuracy and QA — you'll be the last check before new lead sources go live Clear, professional written communication for regular partner- and sales-facing conversations Ability to manage a high volume of recurring, cross-functional tasks without losing track of details Comfortable working with numbers — pulling reports, checking reconciliations, spotting quality trends Nice to Have Prior exposure to affiliate marketing or partner management Familiarity with paid social or paid search platforms in a hands-on or coordination capacity Experience working alongside an external marketing agency Qualifications
