Requirements
- Experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, family assistant, or estate manager
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience supervising vendors
- Highly organized
- Great negotiating skills
- Comfortable around dogs
- A no-task-too-small attitude
- Manage homes and supervise household staff.
- Act as the communications liaison.
- Serve as a gatekeeper between the principal and others.
- Manage events in conjunction with the rest of the domestic team and outside partners.
- Supervise vendors, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within the budget.
- Manage the principal’s calendar and coordinate his travel.
- Book reservations, schedule appointments, and ensure the principal is on time.
- Help the employer with personal styling, including shopping for clothes, selecting outfits, and making sure that unwanted items are returned.
- Decorate the house and prepare the residence for guests.
- Health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 3 weeks PTO, and 401-K match.
