Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinic-based care, including patient evaluations, documentation, and coordination
- Serve as first assist in the operating room for spine procedures
- Participate in pre-operative and post-operative care, including education and follow-up
- Manage patient communications and clinical questions (phone, EMR messaging)
- Conduct peer-to-peer reviews for insurance authorization
- Support post-operative management, including inpatient rounding, recovery monitoring, and wound care
