The Cedars-Sinai Spine Center is a nationally recognized, multidisciplinary program dedicated to the diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of complex spine conditions. The department provides a full spectrum of services, including non-operative care, minimally invasive procedures, complex spinal deformity correction, and advanced surgical interventions. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinic-based care, including patient evaluations, documentation, and coordination
  • Serve as first assist in the operating room for spine procedures
  • Participate in pre-operative and post-operative care, including education and follow-up
  • Manage patient communications and clinical questions (phone, EMR messaging)
  • Conduct peer-to-peer reviews for insurance authorization
  • Support post-operative management, including inpatient rounding, recovery monitoring, and wound care
  • Opportunity to develop and lead independent clinics over time
