What we expect:  

Job duties include but are not limited to:  

• The Pool Busser is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests 

• Assists the Food Server in providing an enjoyable expertly served dining experience 

• Conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality 

• Maintain Professionalism and friendliness 

• Bussers/Runners clear tables and reset them neatly, rapidly and completely according to specification.  

• Bussers/Runners ensure all outgoing dishes are correctly prepared according to guest’s specific requests including dietary restrictions 

• Present the food to the guest and are knowledgeable about all current menu options, beverage lists and daily specials. 

• Set-up, decorate, clean, breakdown tables and food stations.  

• Assist the needs of all guests in the function room providing them with reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic service. 

• Maintain the cleanliness in the pool area. 

• Respond properly and quickly in any hotel emergency or safety situation. 

• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff. 

• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.  

Ideal candidate will have: 

• Minimum two years’ food service experience; Server experience preferred. 

• Work authorization in the United States 

• Ability to carry and balance a tray. 

• This position REQUIRES an applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.

• Summer Seasonal (May-September)

• Full-Time: 40 hours a week

• AM/PM Shifts
