Who you are:

  • An experienced animal welfare professional with demonstrable experience in program management and supervisory roles
  • A data-driven leader who knows how to read outcomes, spot trends, and make smart decisions from the numbers
  • A skilled communicator who can connect equally well with staff, volunteers, adopters, and donors
  • Knowledgeable about community cat management (TNR/RTH), animal sheltering best practices, and LA's animal welfare landscape
  • Experienced with shelter management software (Shelterluv preferred) and Google Workspace
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus, and genuinely valued
