Job Description

Kape Property Management is looking for an experienced and motivated Property Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of multifamily and commercial properties in the Los Angeles area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working independently, and can bring strong organizational and communication skills to a collaborative small-office setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multifamily and commercial properties

• Maintain positive tenant and client relationships through clear and professional communication

• Ensure properties are managed efficiently, addressing maintenance, leasing, and financial reporting needs

• Utilize property management software (Appfolio experience preferred) to track performance and support operational efficiency

• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality service in a small-office environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field preferred 

• 5+ years of property management experience (multifamily and/or commercial)

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

• Proficiency in English; Spanish language skills a plus

• Previous experience with Appfolio or similar property management software preferred

Additional Information

Compensation is $75K - $85K annually
