Our client is a nationally recognized, growth-oriented law firm seeking Real Estate and Insolvency attorneys to join its expanding transactional practice across several key markets. Attorneys in these roles will handle a broad range of commercial real estate and insolvency matters, including:

Real Estate / Transactional

• Acquisitions, dispositions, and financings
• Commercial leasing and development
• Joint ventures and real estate funds
• Title, zoning, and land-use issues
• Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements

Insolvency / Restructuring

• Bankruptcy and creditors’ rights matters
• Workout and restructuring transactions
• Distressed asset acquisitions
• Chapter 7, 11, and out-of-court restructurings
• Representation of lenders, borrowers, and investors
