Position Summary
Jaquith Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Reporting Manager to support delivery for the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Working within AECOM’s program controls function and reporting to the Program Director and Program Controls Director, the Reporting Manager owns program reporting end to end, consolidating cost, schedule, change, and document data into clear, accurate, and timely reporting for senior leadership. The role pulls from many sources, including Project Management Information Systems (PMIS), Primavera P6, SharePoint lists, and Excel, and builds them into a single reconciled program view using reporting and analytics tooling such as MS Fabric and Tableau. The central challenge of the role is turning fragmented, multi-source data into one trustworthy picture of program progress, risk, and forecast, delivered on a dependable cadence and readable by both technical teams and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and program controls reports and projects in support of the overall Program Director and Program Controls Director
• Leads the coordination efforts across multiple projects within the program, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives.
• Identifies and addresses interdependencies between projects, proactively mitigating risks and resolving conflicts.
• Collaborates with project managers to ensure adequate resource availability and utilization.
• Works closely with senior leadership to define and refine program-level objectives.
• Provides guidance and oversight to project controls teams, ensuring effective management of individual project elements.
• Facilitates clear and concise communication between project teams and stakeholders.
• Provides regular updates to senior leadership on program progress, challenges, and achievements.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree & 8 years of experience of experience or demonstrated equivalency or experience in and or education.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with reporting management on infrastructure (transportation, water, roadways, sports) programs.
• Experience with cost, schedule, change, document reporting pulling information from many sources including Project Management Information Systems (PMIS), Excel, Sharepoint Lists, Primavera P6.
• MS Fabric experience.
• Tableau experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Understanding infrastructure or major-program delivery environments, including the roles of owners, delivery partners, contractors, and public-sector stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across project teams, partners, and stakeholders.
• Ability to identify data discrepancies across sources and resolving them into one trustworthy record.
• Familiarity with program and project controls principles across cost, schedule, change, and document management, applied in a multi-project program context.
• Proficiency with developing dashboards and analytics using MS Fabric and Tableau.
