Job description:

Sign-On Bonus Opportunity of up to $4,000.00

Pay Range:
$18 - $80 / hour

up to $200,000.00 per year

What You’ll Do :

Receive on-the-job paid training to develop a deep understanding of insurance products and sales strategies.

Educate the empowered customers by helping them understand their insurances needs and the coverage options.

Drive sales and build strong relationships with clients.

Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, working independently or as part of a team.

Work with top-rated insurance carrier to generate leads and earn performance-based incentives.

What We’re looking for:

A charismatic and motivated individual who enjoys connecting with people.

Sales-driven and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

Bilingual in English and Spanish to connect with our diverse customer base.

Established deep rapport with clients, providing expert guidance and personalized solutions to match the ideal insurance product to their unique needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Sales: 2 years of experience

Personal lines or P&C license (preferred)

Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust

Two years of customer services

Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills

Bilingual skills in English and Spanish

Language:

  • Spanish (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Personal Lines License (Preferred)
  • Property & Casualty License (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Los Angeles, CA 90022 (Preferred)
