Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and brings strong technical accounting expertise. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in month-end close, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and supporting operational leaders with accurate financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute month-end and year-end close processes
  • Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
  • Maintain the general ledger and ensure compliance with GAAP
  • Analyze financial results and provide variance explanations to management
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams throughout the organization to support key initiatives and processes
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 4–7 years of accounting experience
  • Experience with Great Plains (Microsoft Dynamics GP) required
  • Strong understanding of GAAP
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in multi-location retail, entertainment, or hospitality environments is a plus

Salary Range
$85,000—$95,000 USD
