About the Role

We're a fast-growing, Series A AI-native platform built for financial services — automating complex customer operations across lending, disputes, collections, onboarding, KYC/KYB, insurance claims, and more. Our specialist AI agents are deployed at enterprise scale, deeply integrated into customers' existing infrastructure, and built to comply with global financial regulations.

As a Senior Agent Product Manager, you'll be the critical bridge between our customers and our product. You'll lead end-to-end implementations, serve as the primary technical partner during pre-sales and deployment, and act as the voice of the customer internally to shape our product roadmap. This is a hands-on, forward-deployed role for someone who thrives at the intersection of enterprise technology, AI, and customer outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Scope and lead end-to-end implementation projects that deeply embed our AI platform into enterprise customer operations, driving measurable strategic outcomes.

  • Own the full delivery lifecycle — from discovery and scoping through integration, go-live, and continuous improvement.

  • Conduct deep-dive discovery to define customer objectives, technical requirements, and the operational landscape for successful solution deployment.

  • Guide customers in tailoring and optimizing AI agent capabilities to solve unique operational challenges and maximize end-user resolution rates.

  • Proactively analyze performance data to track AI effectiveness, drive iteration, and ensure customers realize tangible business value.

  • Serve as the primary technical interface during pre-sales — supporting POCs, due diligence, and managing handoffs to implementation.

  • Collaborate closely with internal AI, Engineering, and Sales teams as the "voice of the customer," influencing the product roadmap.

  • Build scalable, high-quality onboarding and implementation processes that set all customers up for long-term success.

  • Manage project risks and governance related to AI deployment, ensuring solutions meet compliance, security, and responsible AI standards.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

  • 5+ years in forward-deployed, customer-facing technical roles delivering enterprise software or AI platform implementations.

  • Hands-on experience with APIs, system integrations, and technical solution design in enterprise customer environments.

  • Demonstrated track record of owning and delivering complex, multi-stakeholder technical projects end-to-end — from scoping through implementation.

  • Experience conducting deep-dive discovery and gathering complex business and technical requirements from enterprise customers.

  • Proficiency with analytical tools, SQL, or data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery) to analyze operational/product performance and guide decisions.

  • Experience supporting pre-sales cycles, including designing and running proof-of-concepts (POCs) and technical due diligence.

  • Experience managing compliance, security, or risk governance requirements in regulated or enterprise technology deployments.

  • Clear, confident communicator across all audiences — technical teams, senior customer leadership, and internal stakeholders.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, proactively creating structure and driving clarity where none exists.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience in financial services, banking, fintech, or other regulated industries.

  • Background in AI/ML product management, agent-based automation, or intelligent workflow design.

  • Experience designing and implementing scalable customer onboarding or implementation playbooks.

  • Familiarity with responsible AI, AI governance frameworks, or ethical AI deployment standards (e.g., FCA Consumer Duty, EU AI Act).
